PVC artificial leather
Has 3 types of products:
①Ordinary artificial leather, also known as non-foaming artificial leather. Most of them are made of plain cloth, canvas and recycled cloth, and are made by direct coating method. Because the coating is dense and the paste can penetrate into the pores of the base fabric, the finished product feels hard and wear-resistant. Mainly used for making wear-resistant packaging bags, construction and industrial accessories, etc.
② Foamed artificial leather. Generally, knitted fabric is used as the base, and the surface layer paste contains a foaming agent and its auxiliary agent. When gelling, it foams to form a micro-porous structure, so it has light quality, full-feeling and softness. Produced by transfer coating method. Mostly used for making gloves, bags, bags, clothing and furniture.
③ suede leather. Commonly known as artificial suede. There are many varieties and various production methods. The microporous surface layer of artificial leather after gelation can be made into ground suede leather after grinding by sand roller. The coating layer is fluffed and stretched by a raising roller to produce curly suede. It is suitable as a toe cap and trim material for sports shoes. Add soluble salts (such as table salt) to the coating paste. After gelation, dissolve the salt with water to make the surface layer appear microporous and have a velvety feel. Using the electrostatic flocking method (see plastic processing), 0.5-1mm long synthetic fiber short velvet is planted on the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather coated with adhesive to obtain flocked leather, suitable for making bags and decoration Goods.
Polyamide artificial leather
Moisture permeability and hygroscopicity are better than PVC artificial leather, and it has a better appearance and feel. It is often used for making boxes and bags.
Polyurethane artificial leather
Varieties developed in the early 1960s. Made with raised fabric as base and polyurethane solution as coating. The microporous layer obtained after the raising cloth is impregnated with polyurethane solution, coated and coagulated by a water bath is ground into polyurethane suede after grinding. This kind of artificial leather is light and soft, wear-resistant, breathable, warm, and the hand is not affected by changes in temperature and coldness.
Polyolefin artificial leather
It is made of low-density polyethylene as the main raw material and is made by calendering. This kind of artificial leather is light, firm and smooth, and is suitable for making bags and bags.
